Gabriel's Overview of 2026: Facing the Reality of Duality in a Year of Growing Discord

Dearly beloved, as you know we are called Gabriel, and as always, we are most joyous to be in your divine presence.

Though this doesn’t have to be the case as fully for individuals who are doing empowerment work, working through their accumulated,charged feelings, for the collective the year 2026 will likely be another acceleration of discord in many ways. Why is this? “Discord, in this case, is serving as a revealer.”

This is because the energy of Soul is penetrating your reality unlike anything you have known in the history of your planet.

The Soul operates through a penetration of love and truth. This Divine highest aspect of your individual and collective lives operates from these two forces — love and truth. Love is a sacred force of neutrality that contains the sacred experience of “all that Is.” It operates in balance. And it is the balance of neutrality that has the potential to reveal the truth of all things.

Your world has been trapped in a stage of learning we have called “duality.” This is an opposition of two sides, typically identified as “right and wrong” or “good and bad.” While these are primitive perspectives or tools of learning, they create distortions, and block you from the fulfillment of love and truth. And at this time in the unfolding Divine Plan, the distorted reality of duality is being exacerbated by the penetration of the Soul — of love and truth — in unprecedented ways that are impacting you all.

You have operated through certain lessons of duality in your lives for as long as you have a recorded history. Those lessons have been crucial as foundational tools of learning for all individuals and for you, as a collective. Those lessons have revolved around not having learned to trust Life as it flows through you, through the evolved opportunity of love and evolving truth.

This is much like a child going to school first learns from the simple foundations of each subject. In this way, you have all been learning lessons physically, emotionally, mentally, sexually and spiritually from the foundations of each arena. These foundational explorations have attempted to reveal for you what works well and what does not, what sets you up well and what does not.

However, when the foundations of the awakening Self are being formed in your early lives WITHOUT the modeling of love and truth — simply because your caregivers have also been stuck in the same limitations that have been passed on for countless generations — you become conditioned within the limits of duality. You become fearful of being wrong or doing the wrong things, out of a fear of NOT being loved. Instead of learning to trust your awakening individuality, you most often imitate the passed on perceptions of "what is right,” based on what your caregivers learned and have practiced or demanded.

This is how you have create a continued the extended cycle of duality — by setting up your initial impressions, based on your limited initial experiences of fear, shame and judgment. Trying to avoid fear, shame and judgment is what has continued to motivate the masses in this stage of duality.

This has been a necessary stage in the unfolding of your Soul journeys. It is a crucial stage of learning. And until you learn how to face those wounded distortions and nurture yourselves into the awakening of deeper truths and potentials of Self, you will continue to be immersed in the limits of duality for lifetime after lifetime.

What you now need to understand is that your Souls set up what this channel calls the “Soul curriculum” for every lifetime. And where you have distortions of love and truth that are formed in your early setups, based on what your caregivers learned to fear in their early lives, you simply pass on the limits inherent in a system of duality — primarily opposition and other symptoms of wounded narcissism, all in an attempt to compensate for a lack of nurturing and trust that you matter or that your needs can be truly fulfilled.

This is what you have known. Through the continuation of these fearful choices, you have all been left with passed on distortions, stuck in the wounded perception that you need to defend and protect, rather than move more deeply into the opportunity of love and truth.

The purpose of these foundational lessons is to reveal the distinct limitations or consequences of making so many choices based on trying to avoid more experiences of fear, shame and judgment. When you learn to view your lives in this way, you can learn to identify crucial clues and hints about what does NOT set you up well for a fulfilling life, a life filled with meaning, value and purpose.

When your early experiences didn’t provide a nurturing acknowledgment that you are all sacred individuals on profound Soul journeys, you don’t learn to truly value yourselves, and those missing pieces have left you stuck in opposition and defense. What you have yet to realize is that those choices only exacerbate your fear, shame and judgment, falsely believing that the reality of duality is all that is possible. Physical fear, emotional shame and mental judgment.

IMPORTANT REALIZATION:
If you do not eventually challenge these limitations learned in childhood as you grow into adulthood — which holds tremendous opportunity to seek deeper truths — you merely find yourselves affirming the distortions of duality — “good and bad/right and wrong.” And you learn to oppose anything that challenges your comfort zones, which are defined by what you fear, anything that doesn’t align with your wounded distortions.

Within these wounded repetitions of opposition and defense, you can never learn to trust your own authentic value. And without that foundation of Self-value, you cannot learn to trust or value those around you. Instead, you are left trusting that your wounded approaches are your only options. And those defensive manipulations only serve to deepen the impact and manifestations of fear, shame and judgment. That is where you find yourselves at this point in your unfolding lives. And the impact of duality is now on the rise.

The hope is that you have begun to discover in your world in recent decades is that you cannot transcend fear, shame and judgment through indulgent the behaviors of control, manipulations or the extremes of domination and control. Those behaviors are now running rampant in your world at this point. And you wonder why we say that 2026 will be a time of accelerated discord.

This does not HAVE to be true for all, but for the collective stuck in duality, it will certainly be so. What we have just outlined is crucial for you to learn to recognize. And so, at whatever levels you are participating in those limited distortions of control, manipulation or domination, the more you will find the impact of accelerated fear, shame and judgment — the destruction of all that is sacred.

CRUCIAL BOTTOM LINE:
The bottom line is that in order for you to heal something, you must learn to look at it from the perspetives of love and truth. If the deeper parts of Self are not revealed, nurtured and developed, from you learning to understand deeper truths about the whole process of evolution, including the limitations of duality, as well as developing the practical tools and approaches that will allow you to heal your individual fear, shame and judgment, then you will continue forward into accelerated discord.

What you need to consider is that the acceleration or exacerbation of the wounded choices of duality and their inevitable impact is perfection for the unfolding Divine Plan. Pain is a great motivator for you to all change course.

This penetration of Soul, and the revelation of what does NOT serves you, is an attempt to get you to see more clearly that your habitual, old approach does not work, nor will it ever work. The alternative is to educate yourself about how you can truly heal your individual fear, shame and judgment with nine distinct levels of nurturing. Only when you do will you learn to replace the familiar approach of duality in your lives with choices that align you with love and truth. This is the most direct path that will empower you to create lives of meaning, value and purpose.

That healing process starts with learning to recognize and face the distortions that have been present in your own, individual lives. The depths of love and truth that are permeating your world at this time are creating an acceleration of your awareness — often through pain and discord — helping you to see the “truth/impact of duality and the choices of control, manipulation and domination.”

This gives you the opportunity to change course, to interrupt those choices, while you seek deeper truths and to learn what it means to love, nurture and value. And this will always start with learning to love and value your most suthentic Self.

The current path of duality, riddled with wounded avoidance will only lead to deeper pain, discord and conflict. That is what you are seeing reflected in your world. You say you want the wars to end. You want the extremes of opposition to end. Just look at your governments and other systems, which are perpetuating strong signs of duality and opposition. Control, manipulation and domination are running rampant and they are accelerating fear in your world.

IF you want the oppositions to end, simply as yourself if YOU are willing to show up, to seek the depths of truth and the tools of love in order to resolve the conflict that is running rampant within your own life?

This is the reality and the opportunity that stands before you. We have spoken each year, giving an overview with clues and hints that would set you up well, that would alllow you to transcend these limitations. For instance, we suggested that 2025 would be a year unlike anything you have known, a year that would accelerate and clarify what you have been truly committed to, what you have truly stood for. Look back at this year and you will likely find that you have done just that — if you have been willing to look at your own life more closely.

Though the symptoms of duality are clearer than ever in your world at this time, we will use the United States as just one example. The US was founded on the principles of democracy — which was intended to hold a space of safety, freedom and support of ALL individuals. It was an original intention to uphold the principles of ustice and freedom for all. However, it has not been able to fulfill those promises, because you have all needed to learn to uphold those approaches in your individual lives. In order for the true potential of democracy to take place, individuals would have to learn HOW to heal the fearful choices of wounded narcissism.

And you are now seeing an acceleration of the impact of NOT having chosen to each take responsibility for healing your own fear, shame and judgment — and you have found yourselves instead ruled by the limitations of duality. This is not bad. This is not wrong. The purpose of us pointing this out is not to shame or judge, but to encourage you to look at the loving truth of it all. This is what will give you a chance to change course, to seek the education and tools that you need to TRULY turn this around. The potential of democracy is before you. But you must face the truths that are becoming more apparent from duality or you will surely find this to be a year of accelerated discord.

This last year has revealed a clear acceleration of control, manipulation and domination — through divisive oppositions and other symptoms of duality. And if you do not each take responsibility and shift your approaches, you will continue to see the dismantling of the principles and values that were intended. And so we repeat that if, as a country and as a world, individuals do not wake up and do the individual healing transformation that is necessary to transcend duality, you will continue to accelerate the impact of defense and control. Those are the choices that lead to deeper pain.

Just look at the fact that the US was formed by individuals attempting to flee from persecution, control, and domination, but have naturally re-created the same things here. You cannot create an alternative by trying to escape. No, you need to choose to show up and do the inner work that allows for a reliable transformation. This is how you will heal your world, working together in mutual value, making choices that truly serve the good of the WHOLE.

People who have not learned to claim the deeper potentials of Self feel powerless, stuck in the fearful limitations they felt as children — when they were not yet capable of inspiring true change. But these are all cycles that you can actually learn to interrupt and transform. The solutions can be quite practical that allow you to transcend duality.

For instance, the channel through whom we speak, has been working with individuals around the world for more than 25 years. He knows firsthand that these transformations are possible.

CLOSING COMMENTS:
As has always been the case, you have all been handed free will, although very few know what it is to operate from a truly “free will.” Most of your wills have been owned by the survival choices of duality, defense and opposition, too busy protecting yourselves from fear, shame and judgment..

It is our wish for you that this time of accelerated discord will wake more of you, encouraging you to seek a healthier, new approach — one of love and truth. So very much is possible when you have an understanding of the new paradigm, supported by a set of nurturing tools that allow authentic transformation.

The destiny of your planet one level is in your hands. The Divine Plan for the planet will continue to move forward into the impact of love and truth. However, that is not something that you can access as an escape from your fear, shame and judgment. Love and truth will relentlessly reveal what you are choosing, as individuals and as a collective.

Of course there are always practical things that we encourage you all to consider. Show up for one another. Treat each other well. Stand for the things that matter to you most. Invest your money, time and energy into things that align with your values. And encourage one another to show up and invest in the education that you all need, in order to live empowered lives of meaning, value and purpose.

Don’t get stuck in the myths that you are powerless to impact change. You don’t need to singlehandedly change the biggest systems. But keep in mind those systems are created by individuals and made up of individuals. Encourage your leaders to make the same healthy choices that you are learning to practice in your individuals lives, in the world around you. These choices matter!

Keep in mind, on a Soul level this is all intended to highlight what is working well and what is not in your individual and collective lives. Pay close attention. Seek help from those who have dedicated their lives to putting together more pieces of healthy paths to love and truth. You all need one another. The more of you who interrupt the path of duality, in order to move into deeper realms of love and truth, the more this will become a trusted path — a profound alternative to a world of fear, control and domination.

Love and truth emanate from the heart space, which is attempting to awaken now. The Soul is attempting to shift you out of the limitations of the lower self, the survival self.

We thank you for being here, for taking the time to consider these perspectives. So much is truly possible for you. The movement of evolution, which first reveals the truth of the obstacles of the habitual approaches, is there to serve, to encourage, to awaken, to inform and to inspire.

You are all loved beyond measure and it is time to recognize the limitations, the symptoms that no longer serve you. It is time for love and truth to rule the day. We take your most joyous leave. And as always, we remind you to love one another, as you love your sacred Self.
